We don’t always get to meet our clients before we work with them, but we were lucky enough to meet the team of Military Luggage while out at IRCE in 2017. We hit it off immediately and they signed on with us in late June 2017 for a complete redesign and migration from Volusion to BigCommerce. They also joined our Runway program for ongoing support.
Before we jumped into the project, we took the time to really understand their company, and the very specific guidelines around military branding.
It was during this time that we learned about their huge social media following. It was crucial that we incorporate the feedback they’d been receiving on the current site into the build of the new site.
We strived to update the look & feel of the site, while also adding valuable functionality, and making it easier for customers to find items quickly.
